Roundtown Holdings has transformed the former Fayetteville City Hall into 240 Glynn Street.

Rich in history, this building has been elementary school, special education building, and city hall. It holds many memories with community members. We are honored to turn it into a go-to place for the community. Before this building was built, there was an all girls school on the property. We are proud that all businesses opening in 240 Glynn Street are majority women-owned and operated.

240 Glynn Street is a comprehensive redevelopment and adaptive re-use project that adds dynamic dining and creative spaces to the downtown area of Fayetteville, while restoring and enhancing the existing property. 240 Glynn Street will feature Rooted Hybrid Cafe, Grazefull & Cured, The Hummingbird Wine Bar & Market, Two Hands Pottery Studio, and Sparrow Organic Salon & Boutique.

The 240 Glynn Street’s redevelopment is well-crafted and hosts intentional partners to complement and elevate the neighborhood, creating a destination for locals and visitors.
